Maadaadizi Investments developed Citizen after the acquisition of the Crown Plaza and its following repositioning to the luxury tiered and iconic Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront Hotel. It offers an alluring dining and social atmosphere with a classic aesthetic. It's a perfect setting to connect, celebrate, or simply unwind in the heart of Minnesota's charming capital city. Maadaadizi led the conceptualization, development and operations of the refreshed lobby bar and restaurant concept.

HOTEL & DINING EXPERIENCE
In 2002, Maadaadizi leadership lead the acquisition and redevelopment of Eddy’s Resort on Mille Lacs Lake to create a destination resort that provides employment opportunities for the community and helps boost local tourism. It was updated and renovated, which provided the opportunity to maximize its value and productivity.
