Rachel’s accounting story began with her MBA in 2004 from Warner University in Florida. Her diverse experience includes the Home Construction Industry, Ecommerce managing 25 online stores, and a multi-international company within the Department of Defense. Rachel now leads the corporate accounting and finance function for Maadaadizi Investments where she oversees the company’s daily finances as well as consolidated reports for all hotel assets.

Chef Eli oversees culinary management for our hotel and restaurant F&B functions to ensure quality standards, effective menu management, and cost controls through proactive budgeting, sourcing, and vendor partnerships. Hires and trains key staff and collaborates on concept development and outlet marketing support needs. Experience spans hotel, catering, event, and independent culinary concepts.

Candice gained organizational and managerial skills from her eight year in education and through her past experience in property management and real estate. Candice is responsible for the basic logistics of running Maadaadizi Investments and provides leadership support to an array of administrative areas such as reporting, human resources, and assistance in executive duties. She has earned a Financial Management certification and a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certificate from Cornell University as well as a Certificate in Digital Marketing and Strategic Automation from Kellogg University.
