Jeff has over ten years experience in the tribal economic development space. During this time, he has had tremendous success developing and implementing economic diversification strategies. His experience ranges from on-reservation efforts, such as leasing out tribal land for development and leading on-reservation development aimed at capturing the leakage of dollars leaving the reservation economy to off-reservation development efforts. Some examples of these efforts include the acquisition of private companies, as well as the acquisition of MLCV’s hotel portfolio, which he oversees today as CEO of Maadaadizi Investments.
Rachel’s accounting story began with her MBA in 2004 from Warner University in Florida. Since then she has worked in the Home Construction Industry, Ecommerce, managing 25 online stores, and most currently with a multi-international company within the Department of Defense. Rachel is now the accounting manager for Maadaadizi Investments where she oversees the company’s daily finances as well as consolidated reports for all hotel assets.
Chad has worked in finance for a number of companies over the past 20 years including Watson Wyatt, Fingerhut, Toro and Maadaadizi Investments. At Maadaadizi Investments, Chad's primarily responsibilities include acquisition analysis, monthly reporting and working with current properties on their budgets and capital expenditures. In November of 2017 he earned a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Jammie has an extensive and diverse background, including program development and management, statute development for oversight of tribal government natural resources and assets, real estate negotiation and acquisition, and financial analysis. In her current role, she focuses on business intelligence systems for data analysis functions, research of potential acquisitions, as well as the reporting on the financial health of each asset. Jammie describes herself as a lifelong learner and it is evident in her educational portfolio, including a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Colorado State University.
Candice gained organizational and managerial skills from her eight year teaching career. She also has experience in property management and real estate. In her current position, Candice is responsible for the basic logistics of running Maadaadizi Investments and provides leadership to an array of administrative areas such as reporting, human resources, and assistance in executive duties. She has recently earned a Financial Management certification and a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certificate from Cornell University.
