In 2013, members of the Maadaadizi leadership team led the acquisition for the ownership group that acquired the DoubleTree by Hilton Saint Paul. It was also the location of the Rival House restaurant concept, which was developed from office space. The team developed the idea, oversaw construction, and assisted with marketing and profitability.

WILL ROGERS WORLD AIRPORT
In 2014, leadership team acquired the 236-room Embassy Suites in Oklahoma City on behalf of ownership group. This hotel is near a large airport and features two restaurants and almost 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

In 2013, Maadaadizi leadership led the acquisition of the Crown Plaza Saint Paul Riverfront, which was quickly redeveloped and renovated into an Intercontinental. The 410- room InterContinental® Saint Paul Riverfront hotel opened in October, 2015.
